Adoptables ToS ᐊ
❊These Terms of Service (ToS) apply for my commission services only.
Please read these terms carefully before you (the client) offer a commission request to me (the artist). Paying for the commission means that the client has read and accepted the artist's Terms of Services.
I - Payment method
- I only accept payment for commissions in USD (paid via Paypal), unless stated otherwise in certain announcements.
- Only send the payment after your commission has been taken.
- When the commission is taken, the payment can be sent via my Paypal Me link (I will provide you). If you have any difficulties using the Paypal Me link or prefer to pay via an email/invoice instead, just let me know and I'll arrange that for you.
- Commissions below $50 US have to be full-paid in advance.
- Split-paid payment is accepted for commission cost from $50 US. The payment has to be sent one-half upfront and another half after the first revision is done. Further details will be discussed and provided upon request.
II - Commission process
- The client sends the artist an email to [email protected], or a DeviantART Note with the character(s) information in a commission form.
- After the character(s) information is confirmed and both parties agreed on the commission's price, the payment has to be paid or half-paid (if the cost is from $50 US) within 1 week. I only start working when I've received the payment.
- If the payment cannot be done within 1 week, the commission will be pushed back to the waiting list.
- There is no limitation of the drawing time, any deadline request may require an extra fee. However, at the start, I will let you know the estimated time to finish the commission and will contact you later whenever I think I need more time for it, together with the current WIP screenshot.
- Depending on different commission types, you can revise the work a number of times. Usually, the first time is when I finish the sketch or the linework. Any large change (e. g. clothing, pose, background, etc.) due to the client's fault may require an extra fee. Please ensure the provided references and descriptions are accurate.
